Lowe's lows

Me & the wife took some time today to go to Target to do some of the baby registry & then proceeded to Lowe's to purchase some 2x4x12's for a fence I'm building in my side yard. I'm building this fence on a bit of a whim. My neighbor is awesome. He lives at his girlfriend's house so he's never home. I like to use his trash can for my excess garbage (there are 7 people living at my house, but only for a few more days). In return for using his trash can, I take it down to the curb for him on garbage day (about 5 steps away from where it currently is). Anyway, he's moving & the thought of new neighbors is a little scary, especially since the side yard is currently shared. I've decided to divide the side yard according to the property line to make MY side yard & their side yard. By the way, mine is bigger. I dug the first three holes for the posts & cemented them in yesterday & today brother Louie got a taste of digging through clay (not too fun). On another note, who knew that 14 inches down was some sort of wire. At least my tv, internet, and phone still work, but can't say the same for my neighbors. Don't ask, don't tell. Back to Lowe's. We walked in, stopped by the washing machines because they're cool, then moved to the back to find the lumber. I saw it but decided to ask a guy for some direction. I approached him & said hello. He responded, "you don't see pregnant white women anymore. All I see is pregnant mexicans (he whispered the last part)." I was taken by surprise at his comments. He then answered my question & we walked away. Jessica looked at me & said, "what did he just say?" I had a small laugh at the randomness of his comment, & then thought, "I don't think he likes mexicans." It was sad.
