I think running for fitness is supposed to be painful. I'm finding lately that after a run, I'm not tired. The two possibilities: I'm not going far enough or I'm going to slow. I think it was the slow part. I ran faster than usual today. I think it was a personal best. I thought I was going to puke at one point. I was tired. It hurt...but it felt good.

when I use to cycle with Andy (Before Kids), I would frequently stop and or walk my bike cause the nausea. I could never get over that. Although Andy just keeps on going. I'm not that hard core
