Just another reason...
I've been married for over 2 years now. My wife & I both played sports from young ages through highschool. After getting married, I quickly learned that Jessica doesn't like to watch sports on tv very much. If a sporting event magically appears on the tv, a loud resounding, "BORING" will ring out followed with a big smile that says, "Im so cute." In the last two years, I've had the opportunity to slowly teach her some of the rules/strategies/nuiances of some sports that at times magically appear on the tv. So last night, me & Jessica were watching American Idol (don't judge) & the 3 judges were talking. After they were done with their criticism, Jessica turned & asked, "is Paula's last name Abdul-Jabbar?" After I got regained my composure, I filled her in on the details. She just wanted to know what Paula had done to get her celebrity status. I told her she was a singer who was once with Emilio Estevez, but I couldn't name one song that she ever sang. Interactions like this are just another reason I love my wife.

I won't judge you if you don't judge me.
Judge, Judge, Judge
Laughing..... She's actually a pretty successful choreographer. Duh.
You not knowing Paula Abduls early 90's pop hits makes me feel old.
ahh man, i love this . really , this is classic quotable material. reminded me of the other blond jessica and her older man and the tuna scandal that would haunt her for years to come. ahem...and the only reason i know about that episode of newlyweds on mtv is because of gina;)
We went to Itunes & listened to little clips of her songs. I actually had heard one, Rush, Rush. This was just one of many quotables from my wife. I took something away from her a little while ago & she told me I was an indian stealer.
srush, rush
opposites attract
straight up
just off the top of my head. she was also a laker girl, and choreographed a ton of very successful late 80's early 90's videos (janet jackson, new kids on the block, etc.) she's a freaking icon. both of you get your acts together.
Brints hot for Paula, Brints hot for Paula.
AHAHAHAAAAAAA!! My side! Don't you remember her and that crazy cat doing th jive or something in her video. Classic. She was first famous for her Laker Girl kicks, as Brent mentioned. After that, it is all down-hill.
